Links for classroom observations

I have done some searching for information about classroom observations. I found a site geared toward GSIs=graduate student assistants: http://gsi.berkeley.edu/faculty/facwithgsis/observation.html

Most of what I have found relates to an experienced faculty member observing a graduate student instructor for the purpose of helping the GSI.  but here is one that may be more helpful--geared toward "peer review."

I wasn't happy with the kind of links I was getting, so I changed my search to "Student teachers observing experienced teachers." This yielded http://www.learnnc.org/lp/pages/739?ref=search
